Ohanacy provides technology for senior care operations, communication, reporting, care visibility, and related workflows. The public website is intended to provide general information about Ohanacy, our company, our services, and ways to contact us.

These Terms apply only to the public website. They do not govern use of the logged-in Ohanacy Platform by senior living communities, care teams, operators, residents, families, or authorized users. Use of the Ohanacy Platform is governed by separate platform terms, customer agreements, and, where applicable, business associate agreements.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, crawl, or harvest website content except as permitted by law
  • Use the website to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful code
  • Misrepresent your identity, organization, or relationship with Ohanacy

We may restrict, suspend, or block access to the website if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk to Ohanacy, our users, customers, or services.

3. Informational Content Only

The content on the public website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. It may describe Ohanacy’s products, services, vision, features, security practices, and potential use cases.

Website content does not create a customer relationship, business associate relationship, partnership, employment relationship, or professional services relationship unless separately agreed in writing.

Nothing on the public website should be interpreted as medical advice, clinical guidance, legal advice, compliance advice, or a substitute for professional judgment.

4. No Emergency or Clinical Use

The public website is not intended for emergency, clinical, medical, or resident care use.

Do not use the public website to submit urgent care information, medical emergencies, protected health information, resident records, or other sensitive care-related information.

If there is a medical emergency or urgent care issue, contact the appropriate care provider, emergency services, or responsible care team directly.

5. Contact Forms and Submitted Information

If you submit information through a website contact form, demo request, email link, or other public website feature, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

You should not submit sensitive health information, resident information, protected health information, confidential customer information, or other restricted data through the public website unless Ohanacy has specifically authorized that method in writing.

Information submitted through the public website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Ohanacy Platform

The logged-in Ohanacy Platform is separate from the public website. Platform access is limited to authorized users approved by Ohanacy or its customer organizations.

Public website access does not give you the right to access the Ohanacy Platform, customer data, resident data, care team information, reports, alerts, messages, or other restricted platform materials.

7. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, icons, images, software, product names, service names, and other materials, are owned by Ohanacy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, informational, or business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from website content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
